The current edition of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) book is 2020-2022 as promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation, authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualification. The Appraisers Association of America requires members to stay compliant with current standards of USPAP by taking the update course every two years.
